PEDDIE, Elaine Gray (Holmes) – At her residence with her loving family by her side on Thursday February 12, 2015. She was 83. She leaves her loving husband of 61 years, James Earl Peddie. Loving mother Colin Peddie (Sharon) and Kathryn Hirsch (Mike). Sadly missed by 3 grandchildren, Taylor Hirsch and Leanne and Krista Peddie. Predeceased by her parents, William and Mary (South) Holmes, one brother, Reginald Holmes and one sister Marguerite Zadow. Friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Sunday from 2 – 4pm and 7 – 9pm and at Knox-St. Paul’s United Church on Monday from 10am until service at 11 am followed by cremation. Committal, St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery, Long Sault, at a later date. Memorial donations to Hospice Cornwall or the charity of your choice appreciated.
