My sincere condolences to Rick, Dave, Kenny and family. She was such a lovely lady always so upbeat and cheerful. My favorite time of day was 3pm breaks when Frances would come along with a few other residents and we'd have snack time with the others girls and we'd share great stories. I will miss her beautiful smile and her joy de vivre. Love you Frances.❤❤
