She now joins her late partner Joseph Aubin.
Adored and loved sister of Juliette Brodeur (late Marcel), Rheal Phillips (late Denise), Claudette Chartrand (Ron), Jean-Claude Phillips (Cheryl Lowe), Rollande Martel (Andre), Jeannette Varin (Allan) and Linda Gemmell (Tom).
Jill will be forever remembered by her many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Her love, support and kindness will be missed.
Predeceased by her parents Leon and Alexina (née Begin) Phillips and by her brother Raymond Phillips.
The family will be in attendance at Lahaie & Sullivan West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West, Cornwall, on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
A Memorial Service will be held in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Steven Gaudet officiating. Burial to follow at Saint-Mathieu Cemetery, in Hammond, ON.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute or to the PawPortunity Rescue, in keeping with Jill’s love of cats, would be appreciated by the family.
