GRENIER, Gilles – on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at the Cornwall Community Hospital at the age of 81 years. Beloved husband of the late Claudette (née Boyer) Grenier. Dear father of Chantal Grenier and step-father to Natalie Buttle, Marc Robinson and Eric Robinson. Cherished grandfather of Kevin Langlois, Channy Langlois and Natalie’s, Mark’s and Eric’s children. Brother of Monique Fletcher, Aline Duguay, Lisa Persia (Freddie), France Bruce, Ghislaine O’Keefe (Henry), Real Grenier (Claire) and Lucy Kaulback (Mark). Predeceased by his parents, Albert and Louise (née Asselin) Grenier, sister, Rejeanne Zezella and brother Gaetan Grenier. Gilles will be missed and fondly remembered by his numerous nieces and nephews. Arrangements are entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482). As per Gilles wishes no services will be held. Following his request, his body has been donated to a school of anatomy. As expression of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
