MUNAFO, Giuseppe “Joe” - It is with heavy hearts that the family of Giuseppe Munafo announce his passing on January 30, 2024 at home surrounded by family. Beloved husband of Magda Munafo (née Marzoli). Loving father of Sam Munafo (Stephanie). Cherished nonno of Claudia, Christian and Massimo. Survived by four sisters, Maria Randazzo (late Antonio), Pina Randazzo (late Vito), Anna Ditrolio (late Alfonso) and Mimma Berardi (Nick). Predeceased by his parents Salvatore and Giuseppina (née Pellerito) Munafo and one brother, Pietro Munafo (Huguette). Resting at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch, 20 Seventh St. West, (613-932-8482) on Sunday February 11, 2024 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and on Monday, February 12 from 9 a.m. until time of the Funeral. The funeral Service will be held at St. Peter’s Parish on Monday February 12 at 11 a.m. followed by cremation. The family will receive relatives and friends at a luncheon in the church hall following the service. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations in Joe’s memory may be made to Parkinson Canada or to the Arthritis Society would be appreciated by the family.
