MARTIN, Hubert – passed away peacefully with family by his side on November 29, 2024. Hubert Leo “Bert” Martin of Cornwall; age 75 years. Beloved husband of the late Caroline Martin (Nee Lefebvre) Loving father of Sandra Martin (David), Scott Martin (Melanie) and Tina Pyke (Dan). Cherished grandfather of Darren, Ashley, Steffany, Tayler and Bryce, and great grandfather of Hailey, Bowe, Rosalie, Jake, Kobe, Ria, Xavier, Isaac, Paisley and Garrett. Dear brother of Emile Martin (Lillian), Carol Ponzo (Pat), Don Martin (late Claire), David Martin (Lucille) and Sharon Asselin (Tim). Bert will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents the late Wilfrid Martin and the late Beatrice Whitford. Resting at LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN, CORNWALL FUNERAL HOME, WEST BRANCH, 20 Seventh St Cornwall from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm on Thursday and from 9 am on Friday. Funeral, Friday December 6, 2024 in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home at 11 am. Interment to follow at Notre Dame Cemetery.
