Beloved wife of the late Ronald Grant.
Loving mother of Carey Grant, Carolyn Crate (Steve) and Heather Van de Glind (Robroy). Cherished grandmother of Hendrik (Sam), Josh (Nadia), Peter and Nick. Proud great-grandmother of Lily. Dear sister of Bill Wood (Carol) and Kathleen Forrest (Ron) and sister-in-law of Dolores Wood. She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Predeceased by her parents Peter and Annie (née Fenton) Wood, her grandson Isaac, her brother Robert and her sisters Doreen and Barbara.
In keeping with Lilly’s wishes cremation has taken place. Family will be in attendance on Friday, October 24, 2025 at St. Andrew’s - St. Mark’s United Church, 20 Johnson Crescent, Long Sault, ON, from 10:00 am till time of Memorial Service at 11:30 am. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes – West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482).
As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to Hospice Cornwall or St. Andrew’s - St. Mark’s United Church would be appreciated by the family.
