Born on February 12, 1938, in Montreal, Quebec, Marion was a beloved daughter of the late Charles and Eva (née Patterson) Robinson. She was the cherished wife of the late Archie MacDermid and a devoted mother to her two children, Jimmy MacDermid and Laurie Conroy (Steven).
Marion will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Patrick, Heather, Sarah, and Anna, and her great-granddaughter, Hazel. She also leaves behind her dear sister Colleen Lasalle (late David).
Marion was predeceased by her siblings Joyce Robinson, Charles "Buster" Robinson, Peter Robinson, Norman Robinson, and Robert Robinson (late Betty).
Marion’s warmth, strength, and kindness touched the lives of many. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.
Marion will be resting at M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (613-938-1039), on Friday, July 4th, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. In keeping with her wishes, cremation will then take place with a graveside service at a later date.
