Beloved wife of Regis Aube, with whom she shared a loving marriage of 51 years. Cherished mother of Sherry Aube-Morin (Sebastian) and Nicole Aube-Ferland (Philippe). Proud and devoted grandmother to Reice, Damien, Jacob, Kody, Kori, and Blake, who brought her immense joy and pride.
Marlene will be lovingly remembered by her siblings Patricia Steele (late John), Don Proteau (Kathy), Robert Proteau (Svenja), and Jim Proteau (Debbie), as well as by many extended family members and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents, Florence Ivy (née Green) and Henry Proteau, and by her brother Rick Proteau (Sherry).
Arrangements have been entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch (613-932-8482). In keeping with Marlene’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring, with details to be announced at a later date.
