Devoted and loving husband of Katrina (née Ruest-Wood) and cherished father of Gabrielle, Jaimee-Ann, Glenn, Jasper and Spencer.
Dear son of Heather Marsolais and precious grandson of the late Francis and Sherwin (née Gates) Marsolais. He will be missed by his sisters Katrina and Cassandra Deschene.
Treasured son-in-law of James Wood and Judy-Ann Ruest. Matthew will be sorely missed by his in-laws Armand “Jay” Bergeron and Cassandra (Jason) Smith.
He will be dearly missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and his many friends.
Family will be in attendance on Monday November 7, 2022, at LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN CORNWALL FUNERAL HOME, WEST BRANCH, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482) from 10 am until the service.
A Chapel Service will be held on Monday November 7, 2022, at 2:00 pm with Rev. Erin McIntyre officiating. Cremation to follow.
As expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation, would be appreciated by the family.
