Steve, Carole and the entire MacNaughton family, On behalf of the CBSA National Border Operations Centre, I wish to offer our deepest condolences on the passing of your Mother, Mother in law and Grandmother. We hope that you can take some comfort in knowing that the extended CBSA family has you in their thoughts and in their prayers. Over the coming days, I know that your sorrow will turn to thoughtful reflection of the great contributions your mother made to everyone she touched. Honour her legacy in random acts of kindness as that is what she would have wanted.

Paul M. Porrior, Director General, National Border Operations Centre
