Beloved wife of Raynald Bazinet for more than 63years.
Loving mother of Robert Bazinet, Lynn Maxwell (Scott) and Pierre Bazinet (Jennifer). Treasured grandmother of Danielle Giard (Conor), Ian Maxwell (Sam O’Neill), Mark Peter Wood, Jacob Bazinet, and Caleb Bazinet and great-grandmother of Magnus. Cherished sister of Gilles Jalbert (Wendy), Robert Jalbert (late Mable), Joanne Page (late J. P.), Marc Jalbert and Claude Jalbert.
Predeceased by her parents Rolland and Noella (née Besner) Jalbert and her sister Denise Mason (late Edward).
Pierrette was an avid traveler and was able to share her passion for Square Dancing, Line Dancing and Round Dancing across North America. If not spending time with her family or dancing, she could be found in her garden. She had a green thumb for both flowers and vegetables.
Memorial mass to be held at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Parish Church in Cornwall on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (613-938-1039).
