LAFAVE, Rachelle Marie – at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at the age of 87 years. Beloved wife of the late Melvin Alexander Lafave. Dear mother of Melvina Bristow (Brian), Charlene Vervoort (Mike), the late Helen, Keith Lafave (Janice), Nancy Farrlley (Pat), Matthew Lafave (Janet) and Jules Lafave (Cathy). Proud memere of 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Survived by her sister Debra Rice. Predeceased by her parents Jules Thibeault, Rose (née Saucier) Thibeault and her siblings Edmond Thibeault (Joan), Edward Thibeault (Connie), Armand Thibeault (the late Marilyn), Donalda Rolter (Philip), Vivianne (Claus), Agnes Gaines (Maurice), Verna Dixon (Bill) and Rose Merrit (the late Ron). Visitation will be held at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes West Branch 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482) on Wednesday September 3, from 1 p.m. until the time of Service.
