ROY, Rita – peacefully, at St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Center on Wednesday, October 15, 2014. Marie Rita Annabelle (Leduc) Roy of Cornwall; age 79. Beloved wife of the late Marcel Roy. Dear mother of Michel Roy , Robert Roy (Monique) and Suzanne Delorme (Andre) all of Cornwall. Loving grandmother of Patrick, Mathieu, Alain and Melissa Roy, Mario and Bianca Delorme. Dear daughter of the late Dalma Leduc and the late Marie-Reine Periard. Survived by her brother Claude Leduc (Diane) of Valleyfield, and sister Laurette Montpetit (Donatien) of Hawkesbury. Will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by one sister Jeannette Lalonde. Resting at the LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN CORNWALL FUNERAL HOMES, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482), from 2 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral Thursday, October 23, 2014 for Mass of Christian Burial in Saint Félix-de-Valois at 11 a.m. Interment Notre Dame Cemetery. The family will be in attendance on Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Thursday from 9 a.m. until the time of Funeral.
