We were long time neighbors and good friends. Ruby was the ultimate best neighbor, bringing home- baked delicious pies etc. to new neighbors & helping older neighbors with raking leaves etc.
We enjoyed playing euchre and having a few brews with her & Hubert. She was always one -up on stealing the deal!
She will be sadly missed by all of us who knew her and live on Fraser Ave. She will be in our hearts forever.
Love, Carole & Brian xo

I just heard, My heart is broken, Ruby was a beautiful person that we were so fortunate to have enter and be in our lives since back in 1987. She took such beautiful care of our only son Matthew from the time he was 16 weeks old while we both had to work and until we were able to manage on our own. We became part of the family instantly, Ruby just made it so easy for us, I so enjoyed my time with Ruby and Hubert often at days end sharing a glass of wine and updating each other with the days events. We were so fortunate to have her and Hubert in our lives taking care of our only son and most precious cargo. We were also fortunate to know Janice and Ian and their kids as well. Ruby and Hubert made such a difference to our family in a huge way that will never be forgotten. Xoxo love Judy
