McPhail, Shawn Lee – it is with broken hearts the family of Shawn Lee McPhail announce his passing on Saturday April 19, 2025 at home, peacefully while sleeping at the age of 52 years. Father of Chase Tripp, Hunter Donnelly-McPhail and Jayden Donnelly-McPhail. Brother of Kenneth Pilon and Kevin McPhail. Predeceased by his parents Kenneth and Verna (née Bereau) McPhail and by one brother Bradley McPhail. Survived by his chosen son Stephen Donnelly and friend Marcedes Donnelly. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482). An Urn Committal will take place at a later date. Shawn will be interned with his father and brother in St. Andrews West Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Ontario SPCA Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Animal Centre would be appreciated by the family.
