With heavy hearts we are saddened to announce the passing of Susanna Miller. Surrounded by her family, she was peacefully united with her Lord and Savior. Susanna was a loving and devoted wife of 60 years to her husband Wayne, an amazing, compassionate mother to her daughter Kelli (Dale O’Dair), an adoring, cherished Granny to Lily and Rose O’Dair. She will be sadly missed by her chosen sister Rita Pitts (Dan) and cousin Walter. Susanna was predeceased by her brother Ron (Dzidra). Susanna built her career with Ontario Hydro and retired at the golden age of 48. She was fiercely dedicated to animal rights and served as a voice to many that had none. Known for her sharp wit and wonderful sense of humour, she always left everyone laughing. Forever in our hearts, Susanna will be remembered with love and a smile. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes West Branch 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482) on Saturday October 25, 2025 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the O.S.P.C.A. or Cornwall Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
