Lamer, Sylvia (née Bookhout) – passed away on July 5, 2025 at the Ottawa General Hospital at the age of 65 years. Beloved mother of Christopher (Kelly), Matthew (Amanda) and Jonathan (Melanie). Cherished grandmother of Kacey, Hailey, Justin, Colin, Lincoln and Braelyn. Survived by Crystal Doucet(late Ron), Sandra Bookhout (late Maurice), Cheryl Rennick(late Tim), Carrol Bookhout(Steve), Amanda Dumont(Mike) and Joe Bookhout (Joyce). Predeceased by her parents James and Lucille (née Meilleur) Bookhout and her brothers David Bookhout and Jimmy Bookhout. Arrangements entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch, 20 Seventh St. West, (613-932-8482). A private interment will take place at a later date.
