LECUYER, Thérèse – at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Monday, August 20, 2018. Thérèse Lecuyer of Cornwall; age 87 years. Beloved sister of Rachelle Carrière (Laurent). Dear sister-in-law of Jaqueline and Huguette. Cherished daughter of the late Wilfred and Anna (née Paquette) Lecuyer. Also predeceased by her siblings Andre, Alexandrine, Madeline, Bernard, Xavier, Leo, Bruno, Rolland, Françoise, Carmen, Laurette and Marguerite. Special thanks to the wonderful staff on the second floor Palliative Care Unit at JMP, who cared for Thérèse with such compassion and tenderness. Very special thank you to Dr. Moussa, Nurse Chantal Meilleur, and Sister Elianne D'Amour for their support, comfort and heartfelt love. We the family are touched and very grateful. Thérèse will be missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Cremation. The family will be in attendance at LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN, CORNWALL FUNERAL HOME, WEST BRANCH, 20 Seventh Street West, (613-932-8482) from 9 a.m. until time of Service. Funeral Saturday, September 1, 2018 for Service in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home at 11 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial donations to C.H.E.O. or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
