LEMIRE, Urbain Philorum – At Chartwell Lancaster on Friday May 20, 2016. He was 83. Loving father of Richard, Sharon, Allan and Diane. Cherished brother of Bernie (Ghislaine), Marcel (Jeannette), Claudette (late Felice), Jean Paul (Ann), Leonard (Pauline), Paulette (Eugene) and Gerard (Darquise). Urbain will also be sadly missed by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Floriant and Gratia (Martel) Lemire, his son, Danny and his brother, Émile. Friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Thursday May 26, 2016 from 3 pm until funeral liturgy in the chapel of the funeral home at 4pm. Rite of Committal, Nativity Cemetery, at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Chartwell Lancaster would be appreciated by the family.
