ZOPPAS, Vito – passed away at Sandfield Place Long Term Care on Sunday May 25, 2025 at the age of 91 years. Beloved husband of the late Marie Claire Zoppas (née Fountaine). Loving father of Gino (Joanne), Daniel (Audrey) and Marko (Rosanne). Cherished grandfather of Cassandra (Roch), Stefano (Emilie), Alisha (Alessandro), Christopher (Shea-anne), Jordan (Bailey) and Tori (Connor) and great-grandfather of Easton, Owen, Liliana, Danica, Sophia, Joseph, Briella, Emarie and Fionnegan. Predeceased by his parents Vito and Augusta Zoppas, by his brother Giuseppe “Pino” and by his two sisters. For over 50 years, Vito was a proud member of the Lions Club.
Resting at the LAHAIE & SULLIVAN, CORNWALL FUNERAL HOMES, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482) from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday June 2, 2025 and on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until time of Funeral. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday June 3, 2025 at 11 a.m. in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home.
