William "Billy" Thomas Boucher

BOUCHER, William “Billy” Thomas – peacefully, at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at the age of 61 years. Beloved husband of Carol Ingram. Dear father of John Pecore, Cassandra Boucher, Scott Boucher (Tiffany) and Jeffrey Everts (Vanessa). Proud papa of Tristan, Devian, Kailey, Zolie, Austin, Hayden, Corbin, Payson and Nicholas “good man Charlie Brown”. Cherished brother of Diane Brace, Suzanne Lauzon (Paul), Jean H. Lagarde (John), Johanne Vincent Haffner (late Larry), Annette Rasmussan (Ole), Euclide (Patricia), Elizabeth Cote (the late Jim) , Peter Boucher and the late Patricia Heaton Mitchell (late William). He will be sadly missed by his in-laws the late Earl Ingram Sr. (the late Patricia), David Ingram (Takako), Earl Ingram Jr. (Debbie), Donald Ingram (Louise), many nieces, nephews and his best friends Francois Tardiff and Susie Muir. Dear son of the late Adelard Boucher and the late Marjorie (née Locey) Boucher. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN, CORNWALL FUNERAL HOMES WEST BRANCH, 20 Seventh St West (613-932-8482). A graveside service will be held at a later date.
