Dear Cheryl, what a difficult time for you. I did not realize Bill was so ill. What a shock for you as you were devoted to each other. You were there for so many dancers, families and teachers at all the OHDA competitions. Bill will be missed by so many. Sincere condolences to you, Cheryl. Terrie Kember and dancers.

Dear Cheryl and all of Bill's family
I heard of the death of Bill this afternoon from my sister Marianne via one of our other childhood neighbours...Ed Rogalski. I have spent the last few hours remembering Bill and all he meant to me as a child growing up on John Street in Beamsville.
He was my" younger brother" in so many ways....but I learned so much more from him than what he could have possibly learned from me. During our years together at Maple Grove Public School we were virtually inseparable. Whether it was playing floor hockey (with rulers) on the hallway floor at your house, hockey on Rittenhouse pond or just walking and wheeling back and forth between our 2 houses, Bill's honesty and sense of fairness is something that has stayed with me throughout my life.
After Bill went to Toronto, we saw each other less and less...and ultimately we lost contact. But his spirit never left me and Bill will always just be my friend "Billy" to me. Ron (Ronnie) Harder
