I will never forget walking into Premier Health Group for the first time. I was 19 years old, and he interviewed me directly. He decided to give me a real chance, and I had the rare opportunity to work directly with him.
 
Because I was so young, some people in the office actually assumed I was his son. When he found out, instead of correcting them, he just laughed and said we should let them keep thinking that. That moment really showed his sense of humor. He had a very strong work ethic and could be intense at times, but he was also funny and completely genuine.
 
He was a very kind and generous person. I am incredibly grateful that I got to meet him and experience his influence in my life firsthand. Beyond the work, I just really loved listening to his stories about his life. They were always so entertaining and memorable.
 
Thank you for taking a chance on me, Mr. Regiaba. You will be missed.

He was always there for me when I needed him. His smile and laughter was like a light in a dark room.  He helped so many people and I am lucky to have had him in my life, and grateful to be able to call him my uncle. I will miss him so much. Rest easy uncle Adam❤️

Adam was a key part of my positive journey. I will cherish all the good times we had together. He was the best at bringing people together. He had a Big heart. I am forever grateful for everything he did for me and I will miss him.

Just one of our many nightly dinners where we pondered the facts of life and many other things.  Often debating with each other for hours on end on who was right or the particular details of any one event.  Adam was a huge part of my early sobriety from 2010 and on.  I met Adam at 2years of sobriety.  I sponsored Adam when he was new for a few months until we became great friends.  Adam had a heart of gold deeply cared about people and underneath it all was a sensitive soul.  I will forever miss him.  

Adam also sponsored my little brother Jon for 11 plus years on my request.  I needed someone I could trust.  While he was doing the deal he gave greatly and anonymously to the program - friends and his home groups.  This is such a tragic loss.  He made steadfast friendships and was a bright spot in my week almost every Wednesday for 11 or more years.

We miss you so much Adam.
