Alex Hanley

He attended Servite High School and graduated from Huntington Beach High School. He also attended Orange County Community College. Alex was an incredible cook, film critic, music critic, funny as heck and as handsome as they come.

He was predeceased by his dad, Robert W. Hanley who coincidently died on June 21, 2024. Also predeceasing him are paternal grandparents Robert and June Hanley of Vestal, NY, Skaneateles, NY and Amelia Island, FL, as well as maternal grandparents, William and Lois Slavin of Johnson City, NY and his uncle Christopher Slavin of Binghamton, NY. Lastly, his best friend, Tim of Laguna Beach, CA. Alex is survived by his mom, Joilyn (Joi) Hanley of Huntington Beach, CA, his cousins, Sarah and Bill, Holly and Lindsey, Billy and Greg and Kaitlyn and John. Also left behind are many aunts and uncles and wonderful friends from Carden Conservatory, high school and his community.

Words cannot express, my son, my grief over losing you. Someday we will again be together. I will forever say, it was an honor to be your mother.
