Carolyn was a loving mother, grandmother, wife, sister, aunt and friend to many. A Southern Californian all her life, Carolyn made Costa Mesa her home. She was best known for her unconditional love, her contagious smile and genuine positive outlook, and her unyielding selflessness. She was a homemaker, and later started a career. Carolyn was a Human Resource Manager at Avco, where she met the man of her dreams, Thomas Scott Sr. Together they built a loving home and blended family. Carolyn was an excellent seamstress, a fabulous cook, and a true friend to all who knew her. Carolyn had three children: Richard Berkeley (12/28/61~ 3/17/15), John Berkeley, and Scott Berkeley. Her wishes are to be buried alongside her beloved husband, and together with her deceased son Richard, and dog Lacy.

• Thomas Jr. & Stephanie Scott and children: Meghan Marie Scott, Thomas LeRoy Scott Jr., and Aaron Jeffrey Scott
