She continued working into her late seventies, following her career passion in the medical field as a nurse, health and wellness caretaker.
Celia loved the beach and ocean and would always collect many seashells from every beach she visited along the Pacific Coast, Costa Rica, Hawaii, and Mexico. And was also, always eager to listen the exciting surf stories shared by sons, Bill and David.
Whether on the coast or the desert, being outside in the fresh air and sunshine kept her going. Even after many travels with her late husband, Bob to different parts of the United States and Canada, Celia was grateful when returning home to the desert. The place she loved so much. Enjoying her home located at the top of the La Quinta Cove. Where she’d spend leisure time in her backyard with a serene, beautiful backdrop of the Santa Rosa Mountains.
Survived by her sons, William Manne and his wife, Wyannette and David Manne, and his wife Linda. Three grandchildren, Matthew Manne, Dane Manne, and Gretchen Hertz. Along with five great grandchildren, Sammy Manne, Logan Manne, Ryan Manne, Maverick Manne and Owen Hertz and loving nieces and nephews.
