A devoted wife, mother, sister and grandmother, she is survived by her sisters Ching Nan, Ching Hsiang and Ching Hua, her son Steve (Candice) and grandchildren Maddox and Preston.
Ching enjoyed success in the hospitality business, as well as real estate. She was devoted to her son and grandsons, and loved to travel with them across the globe. She was also staunchly passionate about the sovereignty of her home country of Taiwan.
A memorial service to celebrate Ching’s life will be held on April 18 at the Pacific View Memorial Park in Corona Del Mar. We welcome those who have already ordered flowers; the family kindly requests further respects be made in the form of donations to the Hsi Lai Temple in her honor, a cause close to Ching's heart.
