Born on July 12, 1933 in Los Angeles, CA. Claudia was a lifelong California native.
Claudia’s most important goal in life was to ensure the wellbeing and love of her family. She was married to her high school sweetheart Robert “Bob” Hans for almost 71 years. She was an exceptional wife, and the proud mother of 5 children, 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. She was the central figure in the lives of her children and grandchildren. Anyone that knew them knew that she was the guiding light in their lives.
While Claudia’s family was her number one priority she was always doing for others. She did this not out of obligation, but because of the wonderful, selfless person she was. Claudia was always the first to offer her help and prayers to others in need, as well as contributing to numerous charities and organizations.
At the same time Claudia was caring for her growing family, she was seamlessly looking after her beloved aging mother and physically challenged great aunt all the while working full-time at the Nabisco Company where she retired with a full pension.
Claudia is survived by her husband Robert, sons Michael, and Christopher, daughters Helen, Caryn and Bobette, 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and her older sister Diane.
