

Martin was born in California, but moved to Virginia at a young age when his father, Jim DeOlden, invented a revolutionizing form of sterile media. The DeOlden family worked tirelessly at building their company, Mediatech, Inc. and advancing biochemistry in America. Martin was proud to be a part of his family’s business, as he was an employee for many years. He attended Word of Life Class of 1994. He served in the Army 25th Infantry Division 1995-1998. He was a proud graduate of Liberty University Class of 2001. He honed his computer skills as a graduate of ITT Tech Class of 2015. He loved his last job working 7 years with the wonderful people at Entregal in Anaheim. He attended Revive Church in Orange, CA.
He was a passionate board gamer and game collector. A kind, generous, multitalented and brilliant person, he always had a good sense of humor and a positive attitude. He loved to garden, hang out with his pets and was a very talented whistler and singer. He was a good friend, a loving son and a wonderful husband.
He is predeceased by his father, Jim DeOlden, and his brother, James DeOlden.
He is survived and greatly missed by his mother, Gerrye DeOlden, and his wife, Jennifer DeOlden.
