It was an absolute pleasure working with Dr Bush in South Carolina. I loved talking with him, hearing all about his latest travel adventure. We shared a love for my hometown New Orleans. I appreciated his genuine respect for me as a person, always making me feel valued as a peer and friend...very rare for a physician!

I had the privilege of working with David in the Seneca office of Cancer Centers of the Carolinas. He was an outstanding colleague, a wonderful doctor, and a caring human being who lifted up everyone with whom he interacted in the practice. He will always have a place in our hearts and memories. Our very best wishes to his family and friends.
