

He was born on July 23, 1926 in Berlin, Germany. After surviving the horrors of the Holocaust, he immigrated to the United States and joined the Army. While in the Army, he met his beautiful wife, Caroline. After serving in the Army, Gary started his own business in Michigan. He repaired Laundry and Dry Cleaning equipment. Gary and Carrie retired to Mission Viejo, CA in the 1980's.

Adoring Great-Grandfather of Ian (Jasmin) Gartner, Marshall Gartner, Summer Gartner, Ben Henderson, Beth Henderson, Ethan Wasserman, Caleb Wasserman, Shira Wasserman, Lily Bair, Paisley Bair, Elijah Lenzner, Aubrielle Lenzner and Bella Lenzner.

Gary will be remembered for his strong, wise and caring soul. His unconditional love for his family and of course, his great bowling tips!
A funeral service for Gary will be held Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Pacific View Mortuary, 3500 Pacific View Drive, Corona Del Mar, California 92625. A Graveside Service will occur Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at Pacific View Mortuary & Memorial Park, 3500 Pacific View Drive, Corona Del Mar, California 92625. A Meal of Condolence will occur Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 3500 Pacific View Drive, Corona Del Mar, CA 92625.
