i wanted to take a moment to share that Darryl was the nicest person. I got to know him from his dogs that would end up at the Shelter. Discovered he played the drums and I sing in a couple of bands. We both went to watch other bands play and got to know each other a little bit. Such a funny guy! Really enjoyed talking with Darryl.  Will always remember him! He was a breath of fresh air will be missed here!

Darryl had the kindest heart and such an infectious laugh.  He always appeared happy and enjoyed life to the fullest.  Darryl was great with children, the elderly and never met a stranger.  We would go camping in the high desert with nobody around (that we could see or knew of), and Darryl would go off on his dirt bike and come back to our campsite with a friend.  We were always amazed.
He loved and adored his Mother, three children, along with his sister, seven brothers and both his Dads.  He was a boy with a lot of toys, a lot of friends and he had such a big heart for his fur and feather babies.
His Dad is unable to share any memories because he has Alzheimers disease and is completely bedridden however, he loved Darryl (his first born) very much and they both shared a love for playing the drums and enjoying outside activities. I had the privilege of being his step mother for 47 years. Darryl was fun loving and loved by all.  There will be a huge void without him; he will be gone but never forgotten.  God bless his soul.
