Jamie Smalldon, age 32, passed away Oct. 11, 2013 in Irvine, CA. Jamie was born March 4, 1981 at Mission Hospital and lived in Huntington Beach, CA. Jamie grew up in San clemente and attended San Clemente High School.
Jamie is survived by her Partner Christopher Polk Read, Daughter Lillian, Parents Joseph and Debbie, Brothers Joshua, Jason and Joseph Smalldon and many aunts,uncles, cousins,nephews, nieces and many friends. Jamie will be greatly missed by all who knew
and loved her. A memorial service will held at Pacific View Memorial Park and Mortuary in Corona Del Mar, November 9 at 2:00 pm
