My profound sympathy to the Zaret family on the loss of your lovely Judy. We are all diminished. She was an extraordinary woman.

My last contact with her was an email thanking me for sending humor or at least trying to send such, to cheer her up and aid in her healing. She sounded positive, and full of love. Kinda like she always did. I am ever grateful for the times spent with her at P.E.O. and at your beautiful home and in your fantastic fantasy back yard.

With warm memories and prayers for your healing,
Beth Brokaw

I’ve only known Judy a few years through P.E.O. but she became a friend and someone I could rely on. Her passing came as a great shock to me, as I’m sure it has been to many people. The last time I saw Judy was March 17th 2020 at our last meeting, and I remember catching her eye across the room and she gave me such a beautiful smile.
My deepest sympathy to Greg and family.

The news of Judy's passing was received with shock and much sadness. She was indeed a lovely, friendly, capable person who will be remembered as an important person in my life. It was my great honor to know her. My sincere condolences to her family.

My memories of Judy could fill a book. In fact we frequently joked that we should write a book about all the funny things we had done and said.

Judy and I first met in the 7th grade. Greg and my husband, Bill, came into our lives when we were in high school. Greg always said they were friends by marriage not by choice. The four of us had the privilege of sharing all of life's major milestones:

Proms-Graduations-Weddings-First Homes-Births of Children-Birthdays-Anniversaries-Holidays-Vacations-Loss of Parents

This milestone for Judy came way too soon. She will always be there in our hearts to guide us along the path until we meet again.

Love to Our Beautiful Friend

Dear Judy,
I didn’t know you for a long time but I always felt we had a connection.
I only wish I would have been in touch more often. Your passing has had a profound effect on me.
I will never forget when we saw Green Gables and afterwards I started calling you Judelia. ( Inside Joke)
Reast in Peace.

In the brief time that I had the privilege of meeting and knowing Judy, she was a beautiful human being inside and out. She was extremely genuine and sweet. It was so easy to talk about anything with her, and was so comfortable to be around. I loved her! There was this aura of peace and tranquility she carried with her, like an angel, and now she is one. 😇
