Leigh E. Matthews of San Clemente, California passed away on September 2, 2010. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pacific View Mortuary Chapel. Graveside Services wil immediatley follow.
Matthews, Leigh Ewing, 79, of San Clemente, passed away on September 2, 2010. Born on August 2, 1931 in Long Beach, Leigh was raised in San Gabriel and spent his entire life living in Southern California. Leigh enjoyed life and never let life's obstacles get in his way. He had a love for golf and a passion for photography. Leigh is survived by his wife, Joyce of 56 years and his three children, Candice Zimmer, Deirdre Paulsen and Jeff Matthews. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Leigh was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by his many friends and family. A memorial service will be held September 9, 2010 at 2:00 pm at Pacific View Mortuary in Corona del Mar.
