Dear Nanci, Matt, Kim, Gary, and Claudette,
I am so sorry for your loss. Bob was a good person, employer, and friend. I worked for Dr. Cole for 10 years, and it was a good 10 years.
One moment stands out while we worked together, he was due for a cleaning and wanted me to make the appointment for him, so I did. I confirmed it with him and we were set. The next morning he called and said he wouldn't be able to make it because the WAVES were unbelievable, so he went surfing. A few days later he noticed he had a little red star in his chart (meaning, he cancelled an appt) he wanted to know why he had the red star, so I told him and the look on his face was hilarious, and all he said was "But the waves were huge". The look on his face was one that I will never forget. It was hilarious.
Nanci, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family and friends.
Rest in peace Dr. Cole You will be missed.
