Funeral service will be held on February 15, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at New Life Christian Center, 1891 Alton Parkway, #C, Irvine, CA 92606. Burial/Interment will follow at Pacific View Memorial Park, 3500 Pacific View Drive, Corona Del Mar, CA 92625.

Shih Biao was born on February 3, 1938. He worked as an Account Executive for Braxton Caribbean Mfg. Co. Inc. for 20 years. He enjoyed watching basketball, football and soccer games on TV and going to the movies.

Shih Biao is survived by his wife, Felicia Chen of Irvine, CA, son James Chen, daughter in law Peggy Chen, granddaughter Ashley Chen, Alana Chen and grandson Austin Chen of Irvine, CA, son Jack Chen of China, daughter Lynn Chen and granddaughter Rachel Wong of Carrollton, TX.
