IN THE CARE OF
Pacific View Mortuary & Memorial Park
Suzanne Lynn Praegitzer passed away at her home in Coto De Caza on Sunday, September 4, 2022. She is predeceased by her loving husband, Thomas Praegitzer; and is survived by her children, Michael Praegitzer and Danielle Praegitzer; parents, John and Elizabeth Hancock, and her siblings, Donna Hancock, Randy Hancock, and David Hancock (Stacie). Born Suzanne Hancock in Long Beach, CA, she was the oldest of four children. After graduating from Long Beach Wilson High School, Suzi studied at the University of Southern California, where she earned a degree in marketing and was a member of the Delta Gamma sorority. Suzi met her future husband, Tom, shortly after her graduation from USC and his from CSULB. They were married in Long Beach in 1988 and welcomed the birth of their first child in 1994. Suzi was an amazingly strong and resilient wife and mother. After the premature death of her husband in 1998, Suzi spent all of her remaining years devoted to the upbringing and well-being of her two children. Suzi had a huge heart and loved being "Mom" to all. She took in many children, young adults, and pets when they were in need. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered. A service will be held at 2:00pm on October 2, 2022 at Pacific View Memorial Park in Corona Del Mar, followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity of your choice.
