I am so saddened to learn of Terry's passing.  She was a consistent source of joy and laughter and a dear friend to my mother, Georgia.  When Terry + Woody moved to the Port Streets, she was always at my mother's home when I would visit.   I will always remember her laughter and be grateful to have known such a wonderful woman.

Terry and Woody took in a 21-year-old lad who'd just landed in the US with nothing more than a tenuous connection to their family and a couple of suitcases.  Terry treated me like family. There was nothing she wouldn't do for anyone she loved. The energy and joy she brought into every room she entered was contagious. Thank you both for your love, support, and friendship over so many years. Terry, you were one in a billion. Condolences to all the family, much love, Nick and Cheryl Harvey.

July 1995 Terry and Woods Smith opened up their home to me.  I had just moved to California from Michigan. My Mother, Barb, has just suffered a major cardiac event. She was nervous her son would move across country with no family. No family meals. Terry Smith made damn sure that I had a family to be with EVERY Sunday, EVERY Holiday, and EVERY family get together. Woody and Terry became Mom and Dad West Coast and I gained another brother and three beautiful sisters!    Terry made sure to call my Mom and let her know I was being well taken care of. Terry’s heart was as beautiful as she was.  Love you Mom West!  Heaven was carved out for Angels like you!

This day will be so memorable for me!(10/2023) I loved Terry, she was so much fun to be around.
