Abel R. Fuentes

Abel is preceded in death by his parents, Alberta and Santiago Fuentes; and his siblings Rosa Montoya, Guadalupe(Snoops) Sauceda, Edward Fuentes, and Grace Reyes.

Left to cherish his memory are his beloved caregiver, Jesse (Linda) Fuentes; siblings, Joe Sauceda, Mary(Chuva) Sauceda, Gregorio Sauceda, Jovita Riojas Fuentes, Ruben Fuentes, and Josie Gonzalez; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Abel loved to dance and listen to Michael Jackson while he was coloring. His favorite pastimes were his music and dancing to anything he could move his feet to. Abel also loved cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. Able loved to hang out with his family and dance away. Able absolutely loved hanging out with his Best friend and brother, Goyo. Able was loving, kind, smart, and full of life; his smile lit up the whole room. Abel made sure that everyone knew he wasn't a baby - he was "THE MAN". We all loved him so very much and he will definitely be missed

A visitation for Abel will be held Monday, November 6, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Memory Gardens Funeral Home & Cemetery, 8200 Old Brownsville Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415. A holy rosary will occur Monday, November 6, 2023 at 7:00 PM, 8200 Old Brownsville Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 10:00 AM, 8200 Old Brownsville Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415. An interment will occur Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 11:00 AM, at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
