Anita Martinez

Anita Martinez 65, of Corpus Christi Texas passed away peacefully on Wednesday September 15, 2021 surrounded by her family. She was born on April 28, 1956 to Marcos Martinez and Juanita Villarreal Martinez. She was born and raised in Corpus Christi and lived life to the fullest. She loved spending time with her family and friends, shopping and playing bingo with her friends at the Senior Center. She is preceded in death by her parents Marcos and Juanita, brothers Rosendo, Hector, Inez and Joe Mejia sisters Margarita Martinez, Mary and Susie Mejia. She is survived by her by her sisters Lupe Chapa, Irma Martinez, Florence Mejia and brothers Billy, Jimmy and Juan Martinez and her Children Maria Ibarra, Roman Casso Melissa Lerma and Annie Villarreal along with 11 grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 8, 2021 at 10:00 am at Funeraria Del Angel, 549 Cheyenne St. with Chapel service to take place at 1:30 PM. Interment will follow at 2:30 PM at Rose Hill Memorial Park, 2731 Comanche St.
