Annette Rosemary Velasquez Smith

She was born on April 23, 1959 in San Antonio, Texas to Sergio and Janine Velasquez.

Annette is preceded in death by her father, Sergio Velasquez and baby sister, Catherine Genevieve Velasquez.

Annette has gone home to be with our Lord. She leaves behind to cherish her memories, her loving and devoted husband of 31 years, Clark Wesley Smith of Portland, Texas; three daughters, Amanda (Forrest) Srubar, Orange Grove, Texas, Sara (Westley) Srubar of Corpus Christi, Texas and Frances (Ben) Vannoy of Kaneohe, Hawaii; seven grandchildren, Mikayla, Luke, Ella, Garrett, Sebastian, Isaac and Maggie; her mother, Janine Velasquez of San Antonio, Texas; brothers and sisters, Diana Leonard of San Antonio, Texas, Theresa Powers of Ruidoso, New Mexico, Ginette Ramirez of China Grove, Texas, Suzette Harris of Grand Praire, Texas, Jacques Velasquez of Spring, Texas, Pierre Velasquez of San Antonio, Texas, Paul Velasquez of San Antonio, Texas, Rene Velasquez of Plano, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 22, 2012 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Solid Rock UPC, 5017 Curtis Clark, Corpus Christi, Texas 78411.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Solid Rock UPC with graveside to take place at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery at Robstown, Texas.
