Anthony grew up in Houston, Texas and attended school in Houston, and had resided in Corpus Christi, Texas for the last 4 years, he always enjoyed and loved listening to music.
He is survived by his parents; Emily and Russell Palmer of Garland, Texas, his sister; Christy Carter.
