Antonio "Toné" Perez

Antonio Perez, lovingly known as Toné entered into the loving arms of Our Lord on July 2, 2026 at the age of 65. He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on September 10, 1960 to parents Palmira Torres and Pedro Perez. Toné was a hardworking, dependable man who found joy in life's simple pleasures.

During the 1980s and into the early 1990s, Toné worked in the pipeline industry alongside his brothers. He later transitioned into the flooring industry, where he spent nearly 25 years installing carpet and flooring. Through his craftsmanship and commitment, he earned the respect of those he worked with.

He was a “kinda classic guy” loving his classic music, classic western shows along with classic comedies. He also had a well-known sweet tooth and rarely passed up the chance to enjoy his favorite desserts or sweet treats. It was one of the many little things that made him smile and became an endearing part of who he was.

Above all, Toné was a loving man who valued family, hard work, and the simple moments that made life meaningful.

Toné will be reunited in heaven with his parents and Palmira and Pedro Perez; sisters, Paula Rodela and Mary Bell; and brothers, Henry Perez, Pete Perez and David Perez.

His memory will forever live in his daughter, Leslie Perez; grandchildren, Serenity, Roman and Leah; sisters, Olga Soliz (Raymond), Rose Spentzos, and Susana Haislett. Brothers, Joe Perez (Laura), and George Perez (Erisola); and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Toné will be remembered for his quiet strength, his generous heart, and the countless memories he created with those fortunate enough to know him. He will be greatly missed and forever remain in our hearts.
