Armando S. Santos

Armando S. Santos, age 57, passed away on November 18, 2011 to be with our Lord. Armando was born in Corpus Christi, Texas to Benjamin and Josephine Santos. Armando is preceded in death by his father Benjamin C. Santos and brother, Richard S. Santos. Armando graduated from Moody High School in 1973. He worked for Corpus Christi Town Club, Hygeia Dairy Company, North Shore Country Club, Oso Golf Course and Sea Tape. Armando loved to go fishing and loved to watch and collect movies. He had a love for music and would DJ on special occasions. Armando touched the hearts of many people and will be greatly missed by all. He is survived by his mother Josephine S. Santos, sisters; Herminia S. Puebla, Theresa S. Gonzalez, Rebecca Santos, and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Salvador Puebla Jr., Natividad Gonzalez Jr., Lorenzo Nesta Sr., Ramiro Flores, Sam Galvan, Eddie Martinez, Mike Esparza and Danny Lopez.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 21, 2011 at Funeraria del Angel on 549 Cheyenne Street, from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A Mass of Christian burial will take place on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at Holy Family Church at 10:00 am with interment to follow at Seaside Cemetery.
