Arnold Cantu Leal

He worked in maintenance for over 30 years. Arnold's true passion was to bar-b-que and cook for all. He cherished spending time with family and friends. Arnold put up a brave yearlong battle with pancreatic cancer. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Arnold is preceded in death by his parents, Maximiliano and Emma Leal and his wife of 41 years Viola Leal.

He is survived by one daughter, Linda (Daniel) Leal-Alvarez; one son Arnold (Elizabeth) C. Leal, Jr.; three grandsons, Andrew Joseph Leal (13 years), Daniel Alvarez II (10 years) and Alex Micheal Leal (10 years); sister Sylvia (Alfonso) Gutierrez; brother, Max (Marlene) Leal, Jr. and numerous nieces and nephews.

Arnold is survived by his wife of 7 years, Juanita Mendoza Leal; three step children; Raul (Gloria) Vaiz; Monica Galvan; Veronica (Albert) Vaiz Salazar and numerous sisters, brothers-in-law and step-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at Funeraria Del Angel – Memorial Holly. Inurnment services will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
