He is proceeded in death by his parents, one son, two brothers and one sister.
He is survived by his wife Mary Lee Redix-Coleman of 58 years, son Arthur, Jr., (Cynthia), two grandchildren Tamara (Curtis) Coleman-Perry and Arthur Coleman, III. Five great grandchildren Ashanti and Tamerik Kearney, Triston Perry, Maiya and Malarie Coleman, all of Corpus Christi, TX; and a host of relatives.
