Beatriz Rhodes Perez

She was born on September 10, 1922 in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Beatriz was a business owner for 50 years until her retirement.

She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church and the Guadalupanas. Beatriz had unmeasurable love for her family and her church family.

Beatriz is preceded in death by her parents, Bernabe O.and Maria R. Perez; daughter, Esperanza Robles; son, Eric Aguilar; sisters, Consuelo Martinez, Lillie Hinojosa, Ester Medrano and Amparo Zamudio; brothers, Bernabe Perez and Theodor Perez and grand-daughter, Irma Gonzales.

She is survived by her children, Eduvina Cantu, Johnny (Lillie) Gonzales, Dr. Elias Sanchez (Irma), Manuel (Cidelia) Perez, Paul Sanchez and Willie (Bonnie) Aguilar. Also surviving are 28 grandchildren and several Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren.

Public visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Funeraria Del Angel with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Rites of a Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
