Burton Cooper passed away on December 1, 2012 at the age of 77. He was born December 4, 1934 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Warren B. and Era Cooper. Burton graduated with a Chemical Engineering Degree from Mississippi State University in 1958. Burton's passion was airplanes. He enjoyed building and flying them.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories his wife of 56 years, Carolyn Cooper; children: Janet Johnson (Chris), Sandra Cooper (Stan), Ann Prince (Jon); grandchildren: Amanda Garcia, Ellen Johnson, Elliott Prince, Justin Prince, Lisa Jones, Ely Prince; three great-grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Memory Gardens Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., at Memory Gardens Funeral Home Chapel followed by interment at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
